Healing and integrating one's past is a process. There are no fully healed people who have completely integrated their past. As one embarks on this journey, one starts to feel more whole, more present, more alive, and more grounded and authentic. You bring more and more of "you" back to yourself.

This is why we are huge advocates of connection with one's roots and ancestors. As we heal the beliefs and traumas passed on from our ancestors, we also draw in their strengths that have developed over generations. This is key to living a deeply meaningful and purposeful life.

It is important to discern between when you are us

It is important to discern between when you are using something to support your healing or distract yourself.

A step forward for one person might be a step backwards for another. It depends on which stage of healing you are at.

If you are in a state of having no motivation at all, finding anything that can make you feel a little joy is a step forward, even if it is eating ice cream or gaming.

But if you are in a higher state of energy and awareness, binge eating and gaming is a step backwards, because you are not using that energy to deal with your issues.

The above tips help manage stress from money issues in the short term. As you practice them, working on a longer-term strategy is also important to ensure a sustained, abundant inflow.

This would require one to heal beliefs about money such as:
- Money is evil.
- Money is difficult to earn.
- Money disappears fast.

It would require one to develop more empowering beliefs about money, such as looking at money as an exchange of value. As you become clear about your strengths and skills and the value you bring to meet people’s needs, you gain confidence that as long as you continue expressing your gifts and value, you will always be provided for.

In many Eastern cultures, relationships and collectivism are emphasised, leading to
many individuals suppressing their voices and feelings.

In many Western cultures, individual freedom and rights are emphasised, leading to
many feeling lonely and lost.

However, individuality and connection are non-negotiable needs for every human being. To live a truly fulfilling life, it is important to understand our own boundaries and how to express and address them harmoniously in relationships.
